When:   **EVENTS ARE ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE**  Every 1st Saturday of the month from 8:00am – 10:00am

Where:  CCAR Collin County Assoc. Realtors - 6821 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75024

Who Can Come: All adults and young adults, kids 2” taller than the table who can work for 45 minutes—no kids who have to be tended to.

How to Dress: Pull hair back so it doesn’t hang in your face or wear ball cap, wear anything you can get bleach spots on (bleach is used to clean the tables).

What to bring (in any combination but this is what we recommend):  

• 3 Packs of Meat (we prefer chicken or turkey)

• 3 (16 slice) American Cheese

• 4 Loaves of Wheat Bread – try to find a loaf that has 20 slices (not including the ends)

• 1 Bag of Baby Carrots

• 1 (100 ct.) of Sandwich Bags (make sure they zip)

 

PLEASE TRY TO BRING AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF MEAT, CHEESE & BREAD

AT THE END OF THE DAY WE WILL MAKE ENOUGH SANDWICHES TO FEED OVER 5,000 PEOPLE!
