Volunteer North Dallas was formed in 2013 by Chris Ohlig and Krysten Ohlig (also known as "Chris and Krys") as a way for them to gather friends that wanted to give back to the community.

 

It started with a few friends getting together to make some sandwiches for the homeless and every week the group grew until it consistently would have 250+ people showing up every Saturday to help.  After outgrowing 3 other locations, Volunteer North Dallas has found a good partnership with Collin County Association of REALTORS office to host our events.

Volunteer North Dallas is not affiliated with any Religion, Church, School, Political Party, or Organization.  

It is just people helping people.

It is ran 100% by volunteers and funded by Ohlig Group Realty.
